If there is no "beep" at all, below the surface is not wet. On a rainy Friday morning, SERVPRO received an emergency phone call from a medical office in Downtown Placerville. When the medical professionals came in that morning, there was standing water in their main lobby.

All Suited Up
Our boys are at it again! Sometimes weekends mean hard work. Good job, guys! Devin and Doug worked hard through the weekend to serve our customer. She had a rat problem under her home and the odor made it almost unbearable to live in her house. This house, located in Somerset, had a large crawlspace with a rat infestation. Not only did we clean it up, we worked with the pest control company so that the rodents wouldn't come back!

This photo was taken after we cleaned an attic in Pollock Pines. This home had a rodent infestation and all of the insulation in the attic was soaked with feces, urine, and carcasses and was causing the rest of the home to smell. We removed the insulation, cleaned everything with a bio-cide and performed a duct cleaning for the owner. At the completion of the job, the customer was completely happy and overjoyed with the work performed.
