Toilet Supply Line Cameron Park

This poor customer't toilet supply line broke in her upstairs bathroom while she was at work. The water flooded over half of her home, downstairs and upstairs. There were water spots all over the ceiling and part of the drywall had already started to fall down. SERVPRO of El Dorado Hills/Placerville responded very late on a Tuesday night to perform emergency services. Because of the age of her home, asbetos was discovered in her ceiling drywall. It had to be removed and replaced with non-asbestos drywall. These pictures depict the damage we first encountered and after the removal. We removed all of the furniture from her home before the drywall was removed to make sure that nothing was damaged. The home is currently under reconstruction and the customer is very pleased with how fast we responded and dried out her home.
