I want to give a five star review for SERVPRO of El Dorado Hills/Placerville. Their team is always friendly, ready and willing to help. they are professional and know their job and have it down making it efficient and done quickly. This should not need to be said but since my fire experience, they are the only ones who call back when they say they will and always show up on time. I want to give a special thanks to the crew that helped me move from our rental to our house in Dec. '24 Michael S,, Scott, Kenia, Tyrone and UD. Their friendly faces and work ethic has made a bad situation a little better. Thanks SERVPRO! 

The SERVPRO team did a fantastic job of looking out for us and our property They came in after a terrible fire and inventoried our property, did demo work and secured our salvageable personal property to be cleaned and stored. I can't say enough positive things about Lawerence and Tyrone who were at our home on a daily basis and kept us informed on their progress. Those two guys made us feel like we made the right choice choosing SERVPRO. The other crew members, Kenia, UD, Scott, Dom and Michael were great too. They did a fantastic job helping us find items that we were concerned about and making sure they were saved for us. Everyone who we came into contact with us was professional and helpful. Owner, sales representatives and management were always there to answers questions and help walk us through a very difficult time without pressuring us. Lawrence, Omar and Tyrone did an excellent job at remediating the water damage to my home. They were on time, professional and did an excellent job. They left it spotless. If you're in the unfortunate situation of needing remediation I recommend you give them a call. 

On August 30, Omar and one of his associates did a wonderful job in our upstairs bathroom vanity. We had water damage which they cleaned up/removed the ruined insulation, etc. Highly recommended. 

We had the pleasure of Working with Lawrence ,Omar and Tyrone! The pack back after 13 months of waiting to go home due to a house fire went so smoothly! These guys were very fast and extremely careful with our items being returned to us! We cannot express how grateful we are! Highly recommended. While we were out of town, our house flooded due to a break in our second floor toilet supply line. Almost every room was affected. Fortunately our insurance pointed us to SERVPRO for the remediation. They started within 1 hour of our call. Overall it took the SERVPRO Team 2 weeks to extract the water, dry out all the rooms and remove any unsalvageable items. David the project manager was on top of everything. During our first meeting he walked through the full process of the remediation and why they needed to perform each task. He was always available for any question or concerns. Also, the team works very well with the insurance providers. Ray the team lead was at our property every day. He monitored our house and the SERVPRO team. Just like David he was very informative, answered all our questions and followed up with David on any issues. SERVPRO Team - The full team was very professional, hardworking and well kept. SERVPRO of El Dorado Hills recently performed mitigation at my home where the entire first floor was flooded due to a broken pipe that occurred while we were out of town. They responded immediately removing water and beginning the drying process before we arrived home the following day. Throughout the entire mitigation process they were completely professional. Communication was great, They completed their work in a timely manner and cleaned up every day before they left. I highly recommend this SERVPRO Team if you find yourself in a similar unfortunate circumstance.

I had the unfortunate experience of a overflowed laundry machine while at the store. Came home to a waterfall in the garage, a disaster to say the least. The entire crew at SERVPRO EDH was professional and prompt in containing the damage and removing the damaged parts of the house. We hired SERVPRO to do a small remediation job at our rental property. They we efficient, answered all my questions and there were no surprises. I had SERVPRO out once before for a leaking fridge we didn't catch until damage was done, and didn't even hesitate to call them when I found a leak from our dish washer. Very prompt and well described estimate from Stonewall the day after I called. Scott and Bobby were just great, contacted me with their ETA in the morning and were cordial and helpful from the moment I opened the door. It's not easy seeing your remodeled kitchen torn apart but they kept me in the loop on the whole process from containment to clean up and really eased my nerves. We had a dishwasher leak in our ADU which was on the second floor. They came right out assessed the situation and did an amazing job getting their equipment going to mitigate and further damage. We had a water leak that flooded our upstairs bathroom, hallway carpet and dripped thru to our downstairs ceiling. Omar Soto came out and immediately calmed our nerves. He was friendly and very knowledgeable and suggested a conservative route with fans and humidifiers, rather than pulling up carpets and cutting thru ceilings. As a homeowner, when contractors come to my house, it's important that contractors: communicate in a timely manner,  be on time, are thorough, have a good work ethic, and are honest. (<Why is this one usually so difficult?!) SERVPRO was selected as part of our home insurance claim for mold / water leak in the master bathroom. They called when they were on their way. The work area was sectioned off ceiling to floor to contain any messes. They communicated what they were doing as the task was being done and they did a thorough clean up when their job was done. They readily answered any questions we had as homeowners. As contractors, Sam, Mike, Blake and Ray ticked all the boxes. As human beings they are very personable and likable. Blake identified the location of our leak. Our insurance adjuster thought it was the roof. We had two different contractors give us quotes to repair a leak that didn’t exist. Blake’s diagnosis saved us both time and money! (Thanks Blake!!) Ray is expected to come over for Sunday dinner at Nana’s. I’m hoping if I do see any of these gentlemen again it will be for dinner and not for a home insurance issue, either way, SERVPRO has forever customers. Thank you!!

I had a valve break in my bathroom. I contacted SERVPRO and they were out in record time. The staff were kind. Curious and concise. They were very careful and mindful of my belongings when placing their equipment. They were concerned with my needs and listen to my requests. They gave me advice and explained their procedures to me. From beginning to end they we through and very professional.

Minimal flame damage but huge smoke that would have persisted if not for their amazing efforts. The clean up was long and arduous and very time consuming. They are masters at this. Please consider using this firm if ever necessary.

Our toilets would not flush and then noticed sewage coming up through a walk-in shower. It was 9pm on a Saturday night and called several local plumbers who said they were 24hrs but did not answer, respond or said they could be there Monday... After freaking out, remembered I used SERVPRO in Colorado a few years ago for a water leak and called SERVPRO of EDH. They came immediately to mitigate the damage, open up the ceiling to let water out, removed affected carpeting, drywall and placed dehumidifiers around the damaged areas. They came back several times to check on progress and spray disinfectant. SERVPRO even found affected areas behind drywall using a moisture detection device that would have gone unnoticed... They contacted a Hygienist (Regas) to do mold testing, sent off tile and carpet samples to ITEL for evaluation of replacement costs and worked directly with my insurance company throughout the entire process. Was a relief to have professional and responsive company throughout the ordeal. David was managing, Arturo, Omar and a few others (sorry, didn't catch all the names). 5 Star relief!

The two workers at my home were Ray and Blake they were very hard workers, very kind and polite, cleaned up their mess, and swept up some of my mess. I really appreciate it the quickness that they handled their business I would definitely call them again.

I wish I remembered the names of all the people who came by, we had two people come over at 10pm on a weeknight for a water leak home emergency and they immediately set up containment and mitigation. They called daily to set up a time to come by and were wonderful about giving us a heads up the day of, one of the two who came night one was regularly back. A third person came by to do measurements. A subcontractor came by to do asbestos testing and went above and beyond to help with concerns. I believe Blake and Raymond were the last two who came by to remove the damaged portions of material. All of the staff we saw were so incredibly helpful and informative, and all were happy to greet my very needy dogs who weren’t happy until they could greet the guests in our home. They did a great job ensuring that the temporary demolition state would be minimally imposing and took great care to make it as safe as possible. I’m so grateful to have such a responsive and quick mitigation resource available that worked directly with our homeowners insurance company. (Grateful for the employee in the equipment rental place at Home Depot on Power Inn who told us to call SERVPRO!) It’s obviously not ideal to have a leak and water damage and home restoration project occur at any time but they made every part of the process to manage it so easy

After a supply line failed in our upstairs bathroom, we came home to a flooding garage and significant standing water upstairs. Mike and Drew were on-site fast and got to work setting up drying equipment and getting us on the road to recovery. Mike returned with Stonewall to assess the extent of the water travel, and continued to return almost daily to reposition equipment to ensure everything totally dried. Arturo worked directly with our insurance to get everything handled and made sure we understood the entire process. Now, less than two weeks later, Stonewall and Mike have just completed demolition and cleanup, clearing us for reconstruction. I really can't thank the whole team enough. You took a homeowner's worst nightmare and removed the fear from it with your explanations and stepwise solutions. The SERVPRO reps Drew and Mike worked diligently to clean the smoke damage for 2 days. On the third day of service Drew and Ray finished the service. My sister-in-law had a tree come down through her house at the end of December. SERVPRO was recommended to us to do the immediate cleanup and remediation of the property. David's crew came in and arranged to have the contents that was salvageable removed and cleaned from the property and then everything else was inventoried and removed for disposal. They then undertook the task of removing walls, ceiling and the flooring that had been damaged by the tree and the snow and water. They were professional and courteous throughout the entire process. I was always apprised of what was going on and what the progress was. I was pleased that when I did call for something I always got an answer within just a very short time. Arturo, David, and Mike—great job! SERVPRO arrived directly after the fire at our house and started drying up things. Finished mitigation today. They explain what the plan is, follow through on the work, and clean up and remove all damaged material. I felt like we had good communications and even sending an email to their offices usually received a callback or reply almost immediately. They are concerned about safety for the family in the house. Woke up by water dripping down from the ceiling at 3am. After failed to locate the leakage myself, found SERVPRO EDH and called. Someone picked up almost immediately and the crew showed up in the early together with their big boss Doug. They were able to identify the leakage quickly -- it is from the HVAC condense water. We figured a game plan together. As of now, the wet drywall was removed, the molded insulation has been removed, the wood beams need to be treated after the HVAC leakage is fixed, then the drywall guy will come patch it up. I woke up to a lake in my kitchen. The water was soaking through the floor to where I could see water damage on the ceiling below. I called SERVPRO and within 2 hours they Arturo and crew were at my house actively working on everything. Arturo, Mike and Larence quickly had everything setup. They had my kitchen and the room below sealed up with their equipment running in short time. Omar even came by on the weekend to check on things. When he leaned my daughter had some asthma he came by with an industrial air filter. Which was a relief. Ernie really helped with working with my wife and I coordinating with the insurance. The 3 gentleman from SERVPRO were great! Showed up on time, explained everything they were doing and why. We had a leak from dishwasher that damaged the flooring and had the presence of mold. The guys pulled up the flooring and treated mold areas. Left air purifier machine to run overnight to remove any mold spores present in our kitchen. They left the area tidy and even cleaned the impossible to reach area on the side of our stove before moving it back into place! The guys were friendly, polite and respectful. It’s never a good day when you need to call SERVPRO. I spoke with Douglas about my situation and he was helpful beyond measure :). Drew showed up promptly to help and was professional and friendly! I couldn’t have asked for a better company and people to assist me in my time of need!

Unfortunately, I am one of the many Folsom Residents dealing with the copper pipe leaks. After seeing all of the positive reviews for SERVPRO EDH, I decided to give them a call and I'm so happy I did. I've been working with project manager Arturo Guedea and the man is on it. I've called him countless times with questions and concerns and he has always been patient, kind, incredibly helpful and most importantly he actually answers my calls (or calls me back momentarily). He is working with our insurance adjuster over at USAA (love them too!) and they are making sure that everything goes through smoothly and we aren't stuck with any crazy high unexpected expenses. Oh, and I'm not required or even being pushed to use "their" contractor! This is huge. I need to replace my kitchen, I want to be able to choose the material, design, check costs, consider upgrades, etc.. Although I've heard great things about SERVPRO's construction division, so I'm looking forward to seeing what they can do. Finally, I was scheduled to have demolition completed for Feb. the 1st, 2nd & 3rd. Arturo Guedea and David Reaney show up at a little after 8am (they called me 1st to let me know they were on their way) and these guys did as much as they could to remove this kitchen in 1 day instead of 3. And nothing was easy to remove. Especially considering they needed to save the faces of the cabinets for insurance purposes. They kept me informed every step of the way. Advised me of issues they found and potential new issues. Outstanding. I will recommend these guys to everyone I know. Arturo and the SERVPRO Team have really been the shining light at the end of a dark, damp, mildew smelling tunnel!

Arturo and David were courteous and professional. They were able to quickly identify where the mold was coming from and got to work. They were able to save our granite countertop and removed only the necessary area - without having to “expand” the area unnecessarily. They were done quicker than expected and did a professional job cleaning the site and removing the materials. My kitchen fire filled the whole house with SMOKE, so much that all the alarms went off of course and it was everywhere..! During this last storm, I had water and dirt running through my garage. We had recently moved into the house, so we had a ton of boxes and some furniture stored in the garage. I called SERVPRO and Doug, the owner, showed up very quickly and let me know what should be done. They needed to remove most of the boxes and store them so that we could get down to the boxes on the floor that had been wet. We then could get the items out, re box them, disinfect the floor and set down pallets. The SERVPRO crew was quick, respectful of my items and very nice. Well they did it again! Second time using SERVPRO of EDH! This time we had a water leak in the laundry room. Arturo and David came in and did an excellent job communicating the work to be done and also completing everything in a timely manner and cleaning everything up.

Maria did a lot of the packing and there was a LOT to do in a large house. During packing, Maria was always careful to watch for, and pull out, any personal/confidential paperwork that we missed to ensure it could be disposed of correctly. Any time she was cleaning out a closet or dresser with contents destined to be discarded, if she came across an item of possible value…, she held it aside to ask if we wanted it. We love SERVPRO of El Dorado Hills. We discovered mold in our boys bedroom closet after all the heavy rains stopped. They came out quickly and removed it. Then it rained some more, and we were able to identify the leak in our roof which was the cause of the mold, and some new mold had occurred in that area. Luckily, they said mold didn't grow and because they were there so soon after the incident happened, it was unlikely that any mold would grow from this flood. Thanks SERVPRO!!!

Kelsey always kept us informed about what was going on during the whole process. For an elderly couple, this meant the world to my wife and I. We never had to worry throughout the whole process.
