Water Heater Leak in El Dorado Hills

This customer in El Dorado Hills was informed by his tenant that they had a leak in the hot water heater. When he went to inspect, the damage was much greater than he had anticipated! The plumber he contacted would not fix the leak because of the mold present. The homeowner called us and we were able to inspect the loss, give an estimate, and remove the damaged materials all in one day. The homeowner was exceptionally happy because he didn’t want his tenants without hot water for too long. The drywall was repaired and a new hot water was installed the very next day.
