Butte Fire Restoration

Window air conditioning units can get very dirty. They filter the air. The before photo shows the filter. The after photo shows how clean we got the filter and the face before re-assembling. Odors get trapped in filters and cleaning is the best way to combat them. This situation was from the Butte Fire. We made sure to clean all of the filters on the window air conditioners and replace any filters if they were not able to be cleaned. Soot can get trapped in filters and if they are not cleaned, they will blow soot as soon as you turn the heat or air conditioning on.
