Saramento Home with Mold

This home was vacant when the maintenance man noticed water flooding out of the home one day. The homeowners live several states away! Because SERVPRO of El Dorado Hills/Placerville is a preferred vendor for their insurance company, they contacted us to help. We responded late on a Friday night. We extracted water and stabilized the area.

We began removing the affected materials on Monday morning and discovered mold! The leak had been going on for more time than they originally thought. Unfortunately, we had to remove most of the walls in the home because of the damage. We worked with their insurance company and the contractor and restored their house. Because of our great documentation and records, they were able to sell the home with no problems.
