Elderly homeowners can be some of the most heavily affected after fire damage. This couple suffered through trying to clean their home and contents after a furnace blew soot throughout their home. We packed and moved all of their contents and furniture and then cleaned the home for them. Because of the sensitive nature of these claims, we work diligently to find a way to minimize the stress of our customers. We had 350+ boxes of items, not including furniture, which would have been very stressful for the homeowners to sort through, so we returned their items in stages, allowing them time to unpack and place the items in their rightful place at their own speed.
