Grease Build Up

This particular restaurant hadn't been thoroughly cleaned for several years. As evidenced by the picture on the left, the grease buildup next to the cooking area was pretty heavy. The picture on the right shows the final product of the area! We had to utilize several different techniques in order to remove all of the grease. Luckily, SERVPRO has patented many different cleaning solutions for use in these situations. If these are not used correctly, however, they can cause rust or corrosion. We make sure that our technicians are thoroughly trained and have a comprehensive knowledge of the solutions that we use.
