We make sure our technicians receive the most up-to-date training with hands-on refresher courses to make sure you receive the best service.

We at SERVPRO of El Dorado Hills/Placerville believe in continuing education for our employees. We feel that better educated employees provide better service. All of our employees, even our office staff receive training and certifications in fire damage and water damage remediation. Our production technicians and management staff are also certified in mold remediation, biohazard cleanup, odor remediation, carpet cleaning, and duct cleaning. Our staff receives training and certification from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification(IICRC) and the American Bio-Recovery Association (ABRA). Our staff also receives compassion training, safety training, and Cal-OSHA training.

By ensuring that our staff has the most up-to-date training, we are able to offer El Dorado County the best service possible. Our customers are comforted knowing that we are faster to any disaster and have the knowledge and ability to make their loss like it never even happened. We are proud to serve all of El Dorado County including Camino, El Dorado Hills, Placerville, Pollock Pines, Cameron Park, Shingle Springs, El Dorado Hills, El Dorado, Rescue, and Pilot Hill.
