When you're on vacation, the last thing you expect is a phone call from your house sitter stating that you're entire house is under two inches of water. Unfortunately, that is exactly what happened to this homeowner while she was out of the country.

With water trapped in the walls, floor, and contents for a few weeks, we were eventually called out to complete an estimate and get started on the remediation process. After moisture readings, we discovered that most of the house had been affected by mold due to the extended period of time that the water was trapped.
