Last Friday, this area experienced its first rain of the fall season. Our office was called by a school here in El Dorado Hills because they were experiencing a major roof leak due to a blocked drain in their large 5,000 square foot gym. A teacher discovered the mess in the morning before class was in session, and they immediately knew who to call for water damage cleanup.

When we arrived on scene, more than half the flooring had buckled in the short amount of time the rain water had been pouring down. SERVPRO of El Dorado Hills/Placerville immediately soaked up the standing water, of course, and placed the appropriate equipment in equal sections of the gym. With ceilings being 24 feet tall, we will use a scissor lift to remove the affected drywall. Call our office today for any of your commercial building restoration needs.
