Isaac in the Crawl Space
Here we have our lead technician doing whatever it takes to get the job done in Carmichael. In this photo, you can see Isaac crawling through the crawl space of a home that had multiple roof leaks causing the whole house to flood. The insulation beneath the house was saturated with contaminated water, so we wanted to make sure we completed the job to the best of our abilities. Moisture Meters
Here is one of our handy-dandy moisture meters! We use this on most, if not all, of our water and mold restoration jobs. The faster the meter "beeps", the more saturated the material is. If there is no "beep" at all, below the surface is not wet. This is how we determine how much material needs to be taken out of the affected structure, and figure out how deep the issue at hand really goes.

Rat Infestation in Pollock Pines
This photo was taken after we cleaned an attic in Pollock Pines. This home had a rodent infestation and all of the insulation in the attic was soaked with feces, urine, and carcasses and was causing the rest of the home to smell. We removed the insulation, cleaned everything with a bio-cide and performed a duct cleaning for the owner. At the completion of the job, the customer was completely happy and overjoyed with the work performed.
