Arturo, David, and Mike—great job! SERVPRO arrived directly after the fire at our house and started drying up things. Finished mitigation today. They explain what the plan is, follow through on the work, and clean up and remove all damaged material. I felt like we had good communications and even sending an email to their offices usually received a callback or reply almost immediately. They are concerned about safety for the family in the house. Very conscientious.

Woke up by water dripping down from the ceiling at 3am. After failed to locate the leakage myself, found SERVPRO EDH and called. Someone picked up almost immediately and the crew showed up in the early together with their big boss Doug. They were able to identify the leakage quickly -- it is from the HVAC condense water. We figured a game plan together. As of now, the wet drywall was removed, the molded insulation has been removed, the wood beams need to be treated after the HVAC leakage is fixed, then the drywall guy will come patch it up. It will be a fun week ahead. Thank you SERVPRO for saving our day!

I woke up to a lake in my kitchen. The water was soaking through the floor to where I could see water damage on the ceiling below. I called SERVPRO and within 2 hours they Arturo and crew were at my house actively working on everything. Arturo, Mike and Larence quickly had everything setup. They had my kitchen and the room below sealed up with their equipment running in short time. Omar even came by on the weekend to check on things. When he leaned my daughter had some asthma he came by with an industrial air filter. Which was a relief. Ernie really helped with working with my wife and I coordinating with the insurance. The 3 gentleman from SERVPRO were great! Showed up on time, explained everything they were doing and why. We had a leak from dishwasher that damaged the flooring and had the presence of mold. The guys pulled up the flooring and treated mold areas. Left air purifier machine to run overnight to remove any mold spores present in our kitchen. They left the area tidy and even cleaned the impossible to reach area on the side of our stove before moving it back into place! The guys were friendly, polite and respectful. Would not hesitate to request them again should a need arise. Thanks for a job very well done.

Mike, Will, and Ben came out today to assist in removing much of our water damaged flooring and ceiling due to a flooded master bathroom. I was very impressed with how professional and friendly they were. They also did a great job with clean up afterwards. They all were such hard workers, respectful, kind to my kids and dogs who were all very curious about what they doing. They called often to keep me informed, easy to work with and around my schedule if pick up and drop offs for the kids, worked great with my insurance Adjustor, worked hard, worked efficiently, and did a great job. Always cleaned up after themselves and covered shoes at the door. These guys worked so hard to make this as seamless of a process and as minimal of a headache that a leak can possibly be. Highly recommend. Hopefully I never have another leak but if I do, I will 10/10 recommend and use them again but would be sure to ask for David, Mike, Ben and Stonewall again. After having a pin hole leak in the bathroom that caused damage to more 50% of our house, SERVPRO was recommended to us by America’s Plumbing, since a different company came earlier but didn’t set any drying equipment.

Stonewall was the first to arrive within hours and process the water detection, set up drying equipment, and send out the layout to our insurance company.

Arturo was the project manager and was able to do a walk through and addressed all concerns and worked with us the whole way.

Unfortunately, I am one of the many Folsom Residents dealing with the copper pipe leaks. After seeing all of the positive reviews for SERVPRO EDH, I decided to give them a call and I'm so happy I did. I've been working with project manager Arturo Guedea and the man is on it. I've called him countless times with questions and concerns and he has always been patient, kind, incredibly helpful and most importantly he actually answers my calls (or calls me back momentarily). He is working with our insurance adjuster over at USAA (love them too!) and they are making sure that everything goes through smoothly and we aren't stuck with any crazy high unexpected expenses. Oh, and I'm not required or even being pushed to use "their" contractor! This is huge. I need to replace my kitchen, I want to be able to choose the material, design, check costs, consider upgrades, etc.. Although I've heard great things about SERVPRO's construction division, so I'm looking forward to seeing what they can do. Finally, I was scheduled to have demolition completed for Feb. the 1st, 2nd & 3rd. Arturo Guedea and David Reaney show up at a little after 8am (they called me 1st to let me know they were on their way) and these guys did as much as they could to remove this kitchen in 1 day instead of 3. And nothing was easy to remove. Especially considering they needed to save the faces of the cabinets for insurance purposes. They kept me informed every step of the way. Advised me of issues they found and potential new issues. Outstanding. I will recommend these guys to everyone I know. Arturo and the SERVPRO Team have really been the shining light at the end of a dark, damp, mildew smelling tunnel!

We had a hot water leak in our attic and it caused damage to our kitchen and dining room. The first crew that came out was Ray, Stonewall and Randy they did the demo. They were excellent. I had a hot water line in my attic leaking and it caused damage to my dining room and kitchen. The plumber fixed the line and then came the job of removing everything that was wet and that's when SERVPRO came to my rescue. They came and accessed the damage and within 1 day had removed everything that was wet. They were very professional and courteous they let me know what they would be doing every step of the way. I had leak in our roof right at the height of the quarantine and of course I was freaking trying to figure out how I could get some help since no one allowed to go out. SERVPRO was very professional and was able to help me thru the process. We had significant water damage in our home caused by a burst pipe in our fire sprinkler system. SERVPRO was present within the hour after being called. They assessed the damage quickly but thoroughly and set up equipment that dried out walls and flooring as much as possible. They came back and retested on time, and they always worked around our schedule. I was impressed with their efficiency and how they let us know what would happen. Work areas were walled off with heavy plastic. Dust was not a problem. Also, they always took down the barriers when they left so we always had use of our home when work was not going on. I appreciated that they always cleaned up after themselves before leaving. Thank you for a job very well done.
